1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using Drummer-1 software ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.
2. License Grant
Upon purchase, CRB Labs LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Install and use the Software on up to three (3) computers owned or controlled by you
- Use the Software for personal and commercial music production
- Use any audio output generated by the Software in your productions without additional licensing fees
3. Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Redistribute, resell, or share the Software or license key
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the Software to create competing products
- Redistribute the included sample libraries as standalone products
4. Ownership
The Software and all copies thereof are proprietary to CRB Labs LLC and title thereto remains in CRB Labs LLC. All rights in the Software not specifically granted in this license are reserved to CRB Labs LLC.
5. Updates
Your license includes free updates within the same major version (e.g., 1.x updates). Major version upgrades may require an additional purchase at a discounted rate for existing customers.
6. Support
We provide email support for technical issues and questions related to the Software. Support is provided on a reasonable efforts basis and response times may vary.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CRB LABS LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT OPERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL CRB LABS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
9. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
10. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
